Research interests
I am a glaciologist at the British Antarctic Survey. My interests are in satellite remote sensing over ice sheets, including with high-resolution radar, cross-correlation from backscatter imagery, interferometry and photon-counting laser altimetry. I work with large satellite datasets to answer important questions about the dynamics of the Antarctic ice sheet. I have particular interest in ice fracture processes and tidal stress at the margins of the continent, both with consequences for global sea-level.
