Functional genomic screens and AI: a key partnership for successful therapeutic development

Tuesday, 22 October 2024, 4.30pm to 7.00pm
Organiser: Cambridge Network

Join Cambridge Network for an evening talk and networking with the Milner Therapeutics Institute on Tuesday 22nd October, exploring functional genomic screens and AI: a key partnership for successful therapeutic development.

CRISPR gene editing and AI are crucial tools in the early stages of developing therapies for the treatment of human disease. Such screens generate myriad datapoints that humans are unable to sift through without computational input. Please join us to learn how the Milner Therapeutics Institute uses both approaches and wide-reaching collaborations input into all stages of the translational pathway from Innovation through to patients and back. Our speakers will be Nicola McCarthy (Head of Research) and Namshik Han (Head of Computational Biology and AI).

Join us on Tuesday 22nd October.
