Assistant Teaching Professor - Healthcare Data (Part Time)

The Institute is a fast-paced environment and is evolving its offer towards emerging opportunities in technical, vocational and academic fields aimed at ensuring all adults can participate in the knowledge economy and that social mobility is promoted. Consequently, the Institute is a provider of Levy-funded Apprenticeships and is working to ensure its portfolio aligns to new agendas such as Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) and Lifelong Loan Entitlement (LLE).

We seek to appoint a 0.5FTE Assistant Teaching Professor in Healthcare Data. The successful candidate will provide academic leadership and administration, as well as deliver teaching on part-time programmes in the field of healthcare data and health-related informatics. These programmes will include an existing Masters of Studies (MSt) in Healthcare Data: Informatics, Innovation and Commercialisation, undergraduate certificates and HTQs in healthcare data-related fields and short courses for continuing professional development.
