New EPSRC Open Fellowships scheme

Following the announcement on the EPSRC website in July, the guidance document for the new EPSRC Open Fellowships scheme was published at https://epsrc.ukri.org/skills/fellows/ on 2nd October 2020.

• The guidance document contains details of the assessment criteria and applications process in order that applicants can start working on their applications in advance of the scheme formally opening for applications.

• The new EPSRC fellowship scheme will formally open for applications w/c 30th November 2020.

• Applications can be submitted under the current scheme until 14th December 2020.

• Researchers that currently hold an EPSRC Fellowship will be not be affected.

 

The new EPSRC fellowships scheme provides flexibility and freedom to enable our best researchers to: deliver outstanding research; develop their careers; change research culture. It is open across the whole EPSRC remit, including: discovery science; innovation; technical skills

The Cambridge Centre for Data-Driven Discovery (C2D3) brings together researchers and expertise from across the academic departments and industry to drive research into the analysis, understanding and use of data science and AI. C2D3 is an Interdisciplinary Research Centre at the University of Cambridge.
