The successful candidate will be part of a pancreatic cancer research project in collaboration with the laboratory of Dr Giulia Biffi. The role involves integrating multi-omics data (RNA-seq, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics) to identify biomarkers, therapeutic targets, and key drivers of pancreatic cancer. The role holder will analyse transcriptomic data using standard pipelines as well as in-house methods, including RECODR: Graph Network NLP approach, to process complex datasets and uncover novel insights (reference: doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.04.09.585681).

The successful candidate should have experience in bioinformatics, machine learning, and network-based analysis, with proficiency in Python/R, Nextflow, and high-performance computing.
