A position exists, for a Senior Research Associate in the Department of Engineering, to work on Data-Centric Construction. The post holder will be located in West Cambridge Cambridgeshire, UK. The key responsibilities and duties associated with this post include leading and managing a research group focused on data-centric construction, encompassing data acquisition (e.g. sensing, monitoring) and/or data engineering/science, develop and maintain strong partnerships with industry stakeholders to promote the exploitation of research outputs and team capabilities and to share 'best practice' skills, assisting with the development and delivery of high-quality teaching, publishing research findings in leading academic journals, securing external research funding to support and initiate new complementary research initiatives, assisting with the supervision and general management of the CSIC team, and networking with other research centres both within Cambridge and beyond.
